What's new in Jetsy

Every line on this page comes straight from the roadmap inside the app, the same one you can open on your Business tab. When a row there is marked done, it shows up here with its release number. Newest first.

✓ Now on v422 · 56 lines across 25 releases

v422 1 thing

  • The sign-in page: Sign in with Face ID, an emailed sign-in link (no password needed), one step when this phone is remembered, a countdown when an account is locked, and the boxes stay readable when the phone fills them in

v421 1 thing

  • Never a surprise bill: set a monthly limit for extra call minutes in Billing and hear from us at 80% of your minutes; a cost estimator on the pricing page; our promises on the website (your data is yours, a real person answers, no contract); the iPhone app is a simple companion: sign in and work

v420 1 thing

  • The website starts with your trade: pick what you do and see your own page, hear Jetsy answer our own line, how it works in 3 pictures, a 30-second look at the real app, and real customer stories once they say yes

v419 1 thing

  • A simple first week: Today starts with just 5 cards and the rest opens as you use it; a short note after every call Jetsy answers; a picture guide to send Jetsy only the calls you miss, with your phone company’s code; bring your customers in from your phone’s contacts

v418 1 thing

  • The free week sells itself: hear Jetsy answer as your business (a demo call to your own cell), your trade’s lines already in your Price book, step 1 sends your first proposal to yourself, a day-3 text with one tap back in, and the Keep Jetsy page shows what you built and the plan that fits; texting is Jetsy 2.0 and up

v417 1 thing

  • Today is easier to get around: a row of chips under Expand all jumps to any card (with its count), a round arrow takes you back to the top, and coming back to Today opens it where you left it

v415 1 thing

  • A card on Today keeps its fold arrow and stays folded when the page draws it again (picking a company, a live refresh): the Every day card could not be closed after a company was picked

v414 1 thing

  • The phone receptionist’s instructions stay under the phone service’s 20,000-character limit: the facts about the plans and the live feature list take only the room that is left, so a new release never leaves a line on its old greeting

v413 1 thing

  • A check of everything on the bench (three independent reviewers: the main dashboard, every customer plan and the website, the crew app and every API door) and the fixes: a customer’s letterhead could come out as another company’s (fixed and put right on the next read); the page’s script bundle loads as one file again (first open faster); the company name in a customer’s header is readable; Find sits in the top bar instead of a pill over the buttons; the footer links are underlined where the words are; the welcome tour’s picture shows today’s tab bar; the crew app’s buttons are 44px and a saved material tick shows green; pest-control cards only for trades that use them; the password minimum is 8 characters (was 12); the sign-up page’s five upgrades (trade chips, a Start free bar, See it first, what happens next, the five questions); the sign-in page’s six upgrades (Show / Hide, Welcome back, Reset it by email, Español on the page, Add to Home Screen, one tap and offline); a new trial no longer wears another company’s logo

v411 1 thing

  • Plan previews in light mode are light all the way: the 1.0–4.0 previews kept the phone's dark cards with dark words (you could not read the text); the How did we do, Chat box and What changed cards no longer say Could not read; the welcome tour's words are bigger

v409 2 things

  • The slim top bar no longer paints blank while the page scrolls (your 7:07am recording and the 12:02am screenshot): it fades in on one fixed layer instead of sliding
  • The Spanish tab names no longer run into each other on the five-tab bar: each word stays in its own tab, and Órdenes de trabajo reads Órdenes there

v408 1 thing

  • Time off for the crew: they ask for days off in their app, you approve or decline with a word back, the dispatch board marks them off on those days

v407 7 things

  • Budget vs actual: a booking target per month against what you booked and collected — this month and the last six, a bar each
  • Lead source ROI: what you spent on each source, typed once a month, against what it brought in — dollars back per dollar
  • Year-end package: one zip for the accountant — invoices, payments, bank charges and receipts, crew pay and 1099 totals, a summary
  • Payroll files for Gusto and ADP from Timesheets: hours per person for the pay period, in the shape each service imports
  • A new account’s Today is calmer: Money ahead with nothing due and a website chat box nobody has written through yet fold into All clear
  • Plan previews name the industry on the bar (Preview: a brand-new Jetsy 2.0 account · Painting)
  • Mileage log: the miles each planned route day drove, at your cents per mile, by month, with a CSV

v405 3 things

  • Material list per job: what to bring, on the job’s screen — the crew ticks each line in their app when it is in the truck, with who and when
  • Safety check and Incident report: two ready-made forms under Forms — the crew fills them on the job, photos and a signature, kept on the job
  • The Job forms card is back on Business: since v359 a shared name made it skip loading, so it quietly vanished; your forms were safe on the server all along

v404 3 things

  • Notes and chat on the job: a thread per work order — the office writes on the job’s screen, the crew answers on the work order in their app
  • Job length learned from past jobs: under Labor hours, what the finished jobs of that type took, with one tap to use it
  • Help that reaches a person: Still stuck? Text or call us, at the foot of every ? sheet

v403 5 things

  • One row of tabs: the first four in your order, then More for the rest — hold a tab to pick which four
  • The + moved to the top bar next to Find, so it never covers a button again — hold it to talk to Jetsy
  • A ? on every tab: three pictures of what the tab is for and what to tap first, in English and Spanish
  • No more "unnamed": a row without a name shows the phone number or No name yet, and a new proposal opens with the cursor in the name box
  • Light mode: Setup → Screen → Light mode, remembered on your phone

v402 3 things

  • A calm Today: cards with nothing in them fold into one All clear line, and each comes back by itself when something lands
  • More room on every tab: the three strips at the top show on Today and Setup only
  • Every empty tab shows the first step: + New job on Work orders and Invoices, and Set up your phone on Calls

v400 3 things

  • Setup emails for every new account: a short Step email every few days in the first two weeks, one feature each, skipping what you’ve already done
  • A monthly What’s new in Jetsy email: what we added, and a tip for your plan
  • Choose your emails: turn the setup steps or the monthly news off from any of those emails, or stop them all with one tap

v399 5 things

  • A free website on every plan, the free week too, built in about 5 minutes: a few questions, and Write it for me drafts the words from your own trade, services and towns
  • Your free website gets free hosting on its own address, your-name.getjetsy.com
  • Your website shows your Google reviews: pick your Google listing once, and your score, how many reviews and three of them show, from Google (or paste your listing’s link for a Read our reviews on Google button)
  • Your website’s report: visits, visitors, where they came from (Google, Facebook, Yelp…) and the leads it brought in — requests sent, calls and texts tapped — for 7 or 30 days
  • The Setup guide has a Build your free website step that opens the builder

v398 6 things

  • The iPhone app keeps the menu bar on the bottom of the screen: after typing it could stay up in the middle, with the page carrying on under it
  • Today, Cards: turning a card off or on keeps the list where it was, instead of jumping back to the top
  • Business: ← All cards brings you back to where you were in the cards, not to the top
  • The robot that flew around the page is gone; the little robot next to your company name stays
  • The tabs at the bottom go in a new order: Today, Proposals, Work orders, Invoices, Customers, Business, Setup, with Calls right after Today on plans that answer the phone
  • In Spanish, the Cards list on Today is all in Spanish: its title, its note and Calendar

v397 3 things

  • Leads is called Proposals now: the tab, its card, Find and the + menu, and + New proposal opens the proposal itself
  • A proposal you start saves on the Proposals tab: Save for later keeps it there under the name you typed, on every phone, and one you send waits there as Sent
  • The Proposals card on Business is called Proposal templates: your logo, your templates and every proposal you sent

v396 2 things

  • Refer a friend: give a month, get a month. Your link opens the free week, and when your friend pays, their next month is free and a month of their plan comes off your bill
  • Smoother on the iPhone: the moving touches (the robot, the live dot, the tutorial button) rest or glide instead of redrawing the page, so a long page draws as fast as you scroll

v394 1 thing

  • Website: make it yours — type your business name and the sample call answers as your business, your own website shows up in a phone frame, and every free-week button starts with your name and trade filled in

v393 1 thing

  • Website: watch Jetsy take a call on every page (English and Spanish, your trade's own sample, a reservation for restaurants); Have Jetsy call you — type your number and it rings you within a minute; a homepage that fits a phone — the phone demo right after the hero, the long lists fold, the bottom bar's Call me button

v391 1 thing

  • A lead or job you delete stays deleted: the id is written down for 45 days, so neither another copy of the board on your phone nor anything the receptionist, a follow-up or an AI plan writes can bring it back
