Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-28 · Last updated September 28, 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

Jetsy (getjetsy.com) is run by Getjetsy Inc. in Arizona, USA ("Jetsy", "we", "us"). These Terms are the agreement between us and the business that signs up ("you"). By checking the box at sign-up, or by using Jetsy, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Jetsy.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business. If you sign up for a company, you say you can bind it.

2. What Jetsy is

Jetsy is a simple office system (CRM) with an optional AI phone receptionist, for home-service and trade businesses. Depending on your plan it can answer your calls, record and transcribe them in English and Spanish, book and keep track of customers and jobs, make invoices, send emails and text messages for you, and use Google Maps for addresses and routes. The AI is a computer program. It can mishear, misunderstand or get things wrong. You should check what it books and says, and you stay responsible for your own customers and your own business decisions.

3. Plans, billing and auto-renew

4. Call recording, transcription and the AI: your responsibility

Jetsy can record and transcribe calls to and from your business. You are responsible for following the call-recording and wiretap laws that apply to you and to your callers. Those laws differ by state and country, and some require every person on the call to consent. You are responsible for getting whatever consent your laws require.

Jetsy answers as an automated assistant, not a person. You agree that the greeting or your own notices will make clear to callers that they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded, and you agree not to turn that off, hide it or change it to mislead callers. You are responsible for what you tell your own customers, and for whether your use fits the laws that apply to your trade, including licensing rules and any rules about automated calls.

If you are not sure what your state requires, ask a lawyer. We do not give legal advice.

5. Text messages and email: your responsibility

Jetsy sends text messages and emails on your behalf, to your customers. You are the sender. You agree that:

Text messages in the US go through carrier registration (often called A2P 10DLC). We may need information from you to register your business, and carriers can block or limit messages. We are not responsible for messages a carrier or provider blocks or delays.

6. Your data belongs to you

Your customers, jobs, invoices, emails, call recordings, transcripts and everything else you put into Jetsy or that Jetsy collects for you are your data. We do not own it and we do not sell it. You give us permission to store, process and send it only as needed to run Jetsy for you, including passing it to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us for a copy or ask us to delete it (see Section 10 and the Privacy Policy). You promise that you have the right to put your customers' information into Jetsy.

We keep the right to use anonymous, combined numbers about how Jetsy is used (for example, how many calls were answered) to run and improve it. That does not identify you or your customers.

Restaurants. If you use Jetsy's register, guest pages, online booking, gift cards or rewards, your guests' information (phone numbers and emails for receipts and rewards, visits and spending, ratings and comments, reservations and their notes, gift cards and who bought them, card holds and tips) is your data too, and the same rules apply: send promotions only to guests who said yes, honor STOP, make sure a guest knows what a card hold can charge before they agree (Jetsy's booking page tells them), and keep a gift card's balance good for as long as the gift-card laws that apply to you require.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Jetsy to:

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these rules, and we may do so right away if we think we must.

8. Your account

Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens on your account, including anything your staff do. Give us true information and keep it up to date.

9. Phone lines and third-party services

Jetsy depends on other companies: Twilio (phone and text), Bland AI (voice), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google (Maps and related services), Anthropic (AI), and hosting providers. When one of them has an outage, changes its service or refuses a message or a number, Jetsy can be affected. A phone line we give you is a service we provide to you; it is not a number you own, and we may need to change it. Where you forward your own business number to Jetsy, you keep that number with your own phone company.

10. Ending the service

You can cancel any time (Section 3). We can suspend or end your account if you break these Terms, if a payment fails and stays unpaid, if the law or a provider requires it, or if we stop offering Jetsy. If we stop offering Jetsy we will try to give you notice and let you export your data first. What happens to your data after the account ends is in the Privacy Policy.

11. No promises about results

Jetsy is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the AI will always understand or answer correctly, that every call or message will go through, or that it will bring you any number of customers or any income. Nothing in Jetsy is legal, tax or accounting advice. Any figures it shows (for example, money owed or what a job kept) are only as good as what was put in.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, lost customers, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, even if we were told they were possible; and (b) our total liability to you for anything connected to Jetsy is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you in full. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. You cover claims caused by your use

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and cover us against claims from third parties (including your callers, customers, and regulators) that come from your breach of these Terms, your recording, calling, texting or emailing without the consent the law requires, or the data you put into Jetsy.

14. Arizona law and where disputes go

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we agree to those courts. Before starting a claim, please contact us and give us 30 days to try to fix it.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the version date at the top and, for a material change, tell you by email or in the app before it applies. If you keep using Jetsy after the change starts, you accept it. If you do not accept it, you can cancel.

16. The rest

If a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your account without our written OK. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Jetsy.
