Your regulars already want to order from you

When a regular wants your food at home, they open an app, scroll past twenty other places, and pay a markup. You pay a cut of every order on top of that. Some of those orders are worth it. Many of them are people who already know you and would happily order from you straight, if you made it easy.

Make ordering from you the easy way

Your own ordering link is a page with your menu, your prices and a Pay button. The guest picks the dishes and a pickup time, pays by card, and the order lands in your kitchen. No markup on your prices, and the money goes to your own account.

  • Put the link everywhere a regular already looks: your Google profile, your Instagram bio, your website, the receipt and a table tent with a QR code.
  • Keep the menu honest: the same dishes and prices as in the room, and the choices a guest would ask for, like the salsa or how it is cooked.
  • Give a real pickup time: set how many minutes an order takes, and pause the link in one tap when the kitchen is slammed.

Delivery without giving away the order

Some guests want it brought to the door. You can still keep the order: the guest orders on your link and pays the delivery fee, and a driver from a delivery service brings it. The guest is yours, the menu prices are yours, and you only pay for the drive.

Tell people, then tell them again

A link nobody knows about takes no orders. Say it at the register ("next time, order on our site and skip the line"), print it on every bag, and post it the days you are slow. Regulars change habits slowly. Make the new habit the easiest one.

Jetsy gives a restaurant its own ordering link for pickup, or delivery by an Uber driver, paid by card into your own Stripe and sent straight to the kitchen screen. It comes with the Jetsy register on Jetsy 4.0, $250 a month.
